Professor Guber\u2019s research interests span the fields of public opinion and environmental politics. Her work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as Public Opinion Quarterly<\/em>, Environmental Politics<\/em>, American Behavioral Scientist<\/em>, Social Science Quarterly<\/em>, Society & Natural Resources<\/em>, and the Journal of Policy History<\/em>. Her book, The Grassroots of a Green Revolution: Polling America on the Environment<\/em>, was published by The MIT Press in 2003.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her most recent publications focus on climate change and explore the consequences of party polarization, the relationship between elite opinion leaders and the masses, and the dynamics of public attention. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to her position in the Department of Political Science, she is an affiliate with the Gund Institute for Environment<\/a> at the University of Vermont, and a member of the Climate Social Science Network (CSSN)<\/a>, headquartered at Brown University. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
