Problem: Scroll bars do not appear in the Grade Center. This occurs on some browsers in Mac OSX, including FireFox and Safari.
Solution: Scroll bars can be re-enabled system wide by going into System Preferences -> General, and set “Show scroll bars” to “Always”.
