New Place

The place I have chosen during Thanksgiving Break is my backyard. I have chosen this because of how interesting parts of it are, such as the trees bordering me and a neighbor’s yards. These trees mostly consist of Eastern White Pines, some that scale up to 50 feet tall. During this time of the year, many of the pine cones have dropped so there are a bunch scattered in my backyard. Additionally, wildlife is something that appears frequently, from deer, Canadian geese to even turkeys. Comparing this to Centennial Woods, while there are some similar focal species, my backyard is more cleared out and flat. Aside from the Eastern White Pines, there aren’t any other trees. There are few houses/buildings in the near the end of the property, and the area seems to be more human-made than Centennial Woods.
