Signs of Winter Wildlife

During my exploration, I walked around a bunch of trails within Centennial Woods that I’d never been on. I walked all the way around through the beaver marsh area and along the trails that surround the wetlands in the middle of this natural area. Alongside the trails that surrounded the wetland, we found many different sets of tracks and observed a few plants which we used INaturalist in an attempt to identify them. My experience with the app was pretty good and it gave me really good insight into the species that were surrounding me and helped me feel more connected to and knowledgeable about the world around me.
