A goal is something you want to achieve. An intention is the way you want to live your life.\u00a0 For example:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Goal<\/strong>: Get a job<strong>. Intention<\/strong>: Do meaningful work in the world.\u00a0 Intentions express what guides you through your daily actions in support of small and big goals.<\/p>\n<p>Here are five ways to claim your direction:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Clarify<\/strong>: What matters?\u00a0 People? Issues?\u00a0 Doing your best?\u00a0 Giving back?
