The once leafy haven is now stripped bare, its deciduous trees standing all alone against the chilly winds. Nature&#8217;s rhythm has slowed, and the stillness is visible. Overall, Salmon Hole seems like it is about to go dormant for the winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\" style=\"letter-spacing:1px\"><em><strong>Species I saw but could not capture well in a camera were: Tufted Titmouse and the Downy Woodpecker.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Winter has seemingly silenced Salmon Hole.
