{"id":36,"date":"2019-07-11T09:34:37","date_gmt":"2019-07-11T13:34:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/amessing-elevate\/?page_id=36"},"modified":"2019-07-15T15:30:35","modified_gmt":"2019-07-15T19:30:35","slug":"work-accomplished-to-date","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/amessing-elevate\/work-accomplished-to-date\/","title":{"rendered":"Work Accomplished To Date"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The implementation team has been working closely with\nmembers from the UVM community to help us get ready for Elevate.&nbsp; Here is what we have accomplished to date:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Software evaluations were completed. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ellucian\u2019s Elevate system has been purchased.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A governance group (steering committee) was\ncreated to include key stakeholders to oversee the implementation phases.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A Non-Credit Coordinator has been identified and\nis currently in the role of project manager (Tracey Gauthier) during the\nimplementation phase.&nbsp; She will play a\nkey role in the implementation of the Ellucian Elevate system and will work\nclosely with members of the UVM community.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Project plan was established.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>UVM Continuing and Distance Education identified\nto be the UVM Non-Credit Central Enrollment Services Office.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Co-Chairs of the Elevate steering committee have\nmade appearances within the UVM community to provide updates on the project. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The test instance of the Elevate software has\nbeen deployed by UVM and is being used for training.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The implementation team has been working closely with members from the UVM community to help us get ready for Elevate.&nbsp; Here is what we have accomplished to date: Software evaluations were completed.
