A new blog has been launched in conjunction with my class “Environment, Science, and Society in the Anthropocene.”<\/p>\n
It’s called A(S)CENE<\/a> and its tag line is “Beyond the Anthropocene: Bracketing an Era.”<\/p>\n A(S)CENE is a blog dedicated to discussions of the Anthropo(s)cene \u2014 the scene of humanity\u2019s ascendance to a biogeological force \u2014 and of what might follow it.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Further information is available here<\/a>. The first set of readings can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n Anyone with an interest in the subject matter can participate.
