It&#8217;s with film and media studies scholars Se\u00e1n Cubitt (of Melbourne University),\u00a0Elena Past (Wayne State University), and\u00a0Hunter Vaughan\u00a0(University of Cambridge), and curated by Ludo de Roo\u00a0(Macquarie University). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among other topics, the roundtable delves into what counts as media today, why media studies should inherently be &#8220;eco-,&#8221; different styles of materialism, the &#8220;elemental&#8221; in &#8220;elemental media,&#8221; and the origins of the two journals that distinguish the ecomedia field, the open-access <a href=\"https:\/\/mediaenviron.org\/\"><em>Media+Environment<\/em><\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intellectbooks.com\/journal-of-environmental-media\"><em>Journal of Environmental Media<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nrftsjournal.org\/ecomaterialist-theory\/\">You can find the roundtable here<\/a>.
