Since 1988 she has worked in the areas of farm business planning, rural economic development and local leadership. His work focuses on the economics and profitability of small-scale, fresh market vegetable farming. He is particularly interested in the issues surrounding farm scale, labor and equipment. Since 1999, he has operated is own organic vegetable farm in southeastern Wisconsin, selling primarily to wholesale markets.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/aglabor\/files\/2020\/04\/holtzman.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-10\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/aglabor\/files\/2020\/04\/holtzman-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Beth Holtzman<br \/>\n<\/strong><i>University of Vermont Extension<\/i><br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:beth.holtzman@uvm.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><i>beth.holtzman<span class=\"\">@uvm.edu<\/span><\/i><\/a><br \/>\nBeth coordinates the UVM Extension New Farmer Project and Women\u2019s Agricultural Network. Her research topics include multi-functional agriculture, rural development, food systems and food networks.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/aglabor\/files\/2020\/04\/parker.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-15\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/aglabor\/files\/2020\/04\/parker-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Jason Parker<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>Ohio State University<\/em><br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:parker.294@osu.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">parker.294@osu.edu<\/a><br \/>\nJason is an agricultural anthropologist whose work investigates diversity, scale, and land tenure in households and communities using participatory research and development approaches to understanding food systems, agricultural and other natural resource issues.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/aglabor\/files\/2020\/04\/wilner.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-13\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.uvm.edu\/aglabor\/files\/2020\/04\/wilner-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"head shot of Seth winner\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Seth Wilner<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>UNH Cooperative Extension<\/em><br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:Seth.Wilner@unh.edu\">Seth.Wilner@unh.edu<\/a>Seth coordinates the SARE program at the University of New Hampshire. He joined UNH Cooperative Extension in August of 2000.
