Meeting Reminder

Just a friendly reminder that there is a mandatory tutor meeting this Sunday, April 25 at 7p in L/L Commons 216. We will be joined by Professor Charlie Rathbone who will discuss how the brain learns and Universal Design for Learning concepts. This will be a great opportunity to talk about how these concepts could apply to your work as a tutor and your work after you graduate!
This will be a very exciting meeting and training. I look forward to seeing you all on Sunday!

One more month of classes! Thank you all for your hard work this semester. Remember the last day of tutoring is May 4!
Announcements
1. Around Burlington this summer? If you are interested in being a tutor this summer please let me know. I can add your name and email address to our website so that students can get in touch with you directly. You will work with the student directly for payment.
2. Help us spread the word about the Learning Co-op. Follow us on Facebook or Twitter
3. If you are still having any problems with Tutor Trac let me know! As of today almost everyone is able to do their lognotes in the system. The most common mistake has been that your preferences aren’t set up. You may want to check the blog for instructions about how to set up your preferences. These instructions can be found under the “Logging Hours” category.
4. On April 16 from 3-4p I am looking for volunteers to be in pictures for the Learning Co-op. You will likely be doing your regular work in the Learning Co-op or sitting in a mock tutoring session for our photographer.
Tutor needed
1. High school student needs an AP Bio tutor. It would be off campus tutoring and you would be compensated directly by the family.
