Vegetation and Common Woody Plants

In this area, Eastern Hemlock,¬†American Beech, Sugar Maple, Red Oak, White Pine, Black Cherry, Paper Birch, Yellow Birch, and Striped Maple are the most common woody plants. On the ground, Ostrich fern is the primary vegetation as it grows well in shade.
