The Helpline Knowledge Base was created and is maintained by student technicians and IT professional staff working for the UVM Computer Depot Clinic and UVM Computing Helpline. ETS employs about 30 students who are trained by ETS staff to provide IT support to their peers in the Computer Depot Clinic, and to the entire university community of computer users through the Helpline. The students are an essential part of our IT support team. We have an online application process, and information about our student positions is available at www.uvm.edu/it/help.
