Welcome to the UVM Computing Helpline Tech Knowledge Base landing page. Use the search box to locate information.

This knowledge base was created by CDC and Helpline student techs and the staff who work with them. It will be maintained by that same group of techs as a training tool and resource, so topics covered include solutions for issues we see most often, or that are rare enough that we need documentation to refer to when the issue does arise. Therefore, the content is determined by the needs of the ETS service areas. Members who work for ETS will be able to create posts here, once reviewed they will be published and available.

Members who are subscribers with read only access from other departments may send email to helpline@uvm.edu to suggest a topic that we should include here or to submit an article that you have written.
