Change your MovableType Password
The password for your MovableType blog was provided to you in the email you recieved when your blog was created. Here's how to change that password.
You'll first need to log into your blog administration area. Once logged in, follow these steps.
- From the "System Shortcuts" menu on the right, click the "Authors" link.
- Click on your username
- Beneath "Password", enter your Current Password, then type your desired password into the "New Password" and "Password confirm" fields. Don't forget to enter a password hint!
- Click the "Save Changes" button.
