Interested in interning with the US Forest Service? There is a Friday (10/20) deadline for internship applications (see below for more info) and then another round of hiring will happen at the Society of American Foresters Convention in November. There will most likely be other opportunities to apply for internships with the US Forest Service, but great if you can jump on this opportunity. –Anna

What You Need to Know
The Forest Service is hiring student interns and recent graduates through the Pathways Program at the 2017 Society of American Foresters Convention.
How to apply:
There are two ways to apply:
1. Online at USAJOBS:
• October 12-25 for merit applications
• October 16-20 for intern indefinites and recent graduate applications
2. In-person during the 2017 Society of American Foresters Convention (in Albuquerque, NM), November 15-16
Positions for current students (undergraduates and graduates):
• Natural Resource Specialist
• Forester
• Forestry Technician
• NEPA Planner
• Biological Scientist
Positions for recent graduates:
