Yoga

One of the great things about UVM is that it offers a variety of fitness classes everyday. By buying a pass for the semester, you have access to everything from belly dancing to cardio kick boxing. Personally, I love the yoga classes. I always feel so relaxed after yoga, its a great way to de-stress after a long day. Also, I can already see the difference in my arms from doing it regularly!

Last weekend, the SGA (Student Government Association) hosted a “Yoga for Haiti” class. Everyone that attended donated around five dollars to the fund and participated in an hour long yoga class. I thought it was a really cool way to get students together to help the people affected by this terrible tragedy.
