EVENT: Student Project Presentations for Modeling Environmental Systems, on 4/30 at Aiken 103

There will be two student presentations to the staff and board members of their community partner, Vermonters for a Sustainable Population:

1.    Impacts of Vermont population growth on energy demand
2.    Impacts of Vermont population growth on food demand

Following these presentations, the course instructor, Lance Polya will present an overview of the world population sector in the controversial
and paradigm-shifting book, “Limits to Growth.” Dr. Polya was a student of the book’s authors shortly after its release.
