Hello!

This blog celebrates all that is wacky about nutrition and physical activity.  As a registered dietitian and PhD student in nutrition I think recognizing and celebrating our sometimes ridiculous relationship with food might actually lead to healthier habits.  It most definitely will lead to a lighter (pun intended) perspective on our nation’s obesity problem and what to do about it.  Enjoy!
