Last night, as I was leaving campus after a long day of classes, headed home for a night of homework, I was taken aback by not one, but two(!) nature sightings!
First, a little white-tailed bunny hopped out of someone’s bushes! It stopped, looked me square in the face, and then sprinted across the street towards a garden that I’m sure provided it with some great form of sustenance.
Then, as I neared my home, a flying object came in to my view (which, thanks to my astigmatism, is often hard to do)! An owl, hoot-and-all was just hanging around!
For those of you who don’t keep up with Vermont weather patterns – yesterday was an amazing Fall day in Burlington! It was just brisk-enough that entering a classroom was a relief, but when walking in the sunshine it felt like everything should just, stay.
Well, now it’s back to writing a case brief… Marcone V. Penthouse (1985). Ask me anything, I can tell you the facts!
